Payment Schedule - Deposit
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $350 is due. Full payment is required at the time of booking if it is 30 days or less prior to retreat start date.

Payment Schedule - Final Payment
Final balance of the retreat price is due 30 days before the departure date of the retreat. A link to complete the balance payment will be sent to participants at the 30 day mark. If full payment is not received within 72 hours of request, registration will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. 

Itinerary Changes and Alternate Routes
All retreats are subject to itinerary changes based on a variety of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to snowpack, water hazards, wildlife, park or land closures, wildfires or dangerous or undesirable conditions. If an itinerary change is required there will be no change to the price of a trip. Payments are not refundable for itinerary changes.

Cancellation by Somewhere Outside Excursions Ltd and Do Lifework Corp

If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Somewhere Outside Excursions Ltd and Do Lifework Corp’s control and no alternate itinerary is available, a credit will be issued equal to the full amount paid minus any nonrefundable expenses incurred by Somewhere Outside Excursions Ltd and Do Lifework Corp. If a trip is cancelled due to internal reasons (loss of staff due to injury or illness, inadequate sign ups, etc), a refund of the total amount paid including deposit will be provided. Somewhere Outside Excursions Ltd and Do Lifework Corp are not responsible for additional expenses incurred preparing for the trip (airfare, gear, etc). 

Cancellation by Participant
Bookings can be cancelled by notifying Somewhere Outside Excursions Ltd or Do Lifework Corp. If you cancel for any reason:

• 30+ days prior to trip start: Deposit will not be refunded but additional payments will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days prior to trip start date: No refund will be provided.
