Do Lifework Somewhere Outside

Hiking and Personal
Development Retreat

Mallorca, Spain
May 8th-14th, 2025

A transformative mental & physical adventure where the mountains meet the Mediterranean

Mindfulness, Mountains & Mallorca

Join us for a 7-day retreat grounded in life coaching and elevated by the mountains. Led by ICF-certified life coach Fabienne and hiking expert Kendra, you'll embark on a journey that integrates inner work with challenging mountain hikes. Each day features a demanding hike through Mallorca's breathtaking landscapes complemented by coaching sessions designed to help you explore uncharted mental territories. Our aim is for you to emerge from this experience with a strengthened sense of sense and clarity, returning home feeling empowered, self-assured and deeply connected to your authentic self.

The ultimate blend of adventure and personal growth✨

Personal Growth

Each day of the Mallorca retreat will guide you on a journey of self-discovery through reflective practices, workshops and insightful self-work. Through Fabienne’s tried and true life coaching practices and lifework methodologies, you will reconnect with your true self, and do the work to gain clarity where you’ve been craving it. Fabienne will ensure you leave the retreat with powerful tools and practices to continue your personal growth journey long after the retreat ends.

While this retreat prioritizes your overall well-being, it is not a traditional wellness retreat focused solely on rest and relaxation. Our program is centered around meaningful growth and transformation. Restorative elements will still be thoughtfully integrated, think: journaling, meditation, massages and restorative downtime.

The Hikes

To complement the inner work that anchors the retreat, you’ll embark on daily hiking adventures through the rugged, breathtaking terrain of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Each hike will present new, invigorating challenges as you explore different corners of the island.

The 3-6 hour treks will span 8-15km with 400-1000 meters of elevation gain, pushing your physical limits across a variety of terrain - from well-maintained mountain paths to more technical, rocky inclines. As you conquer each route, you’ll learn tangible skills and gain the confidence to tackle ambitious trails long after your Mallorcan journey.

To create an optimal experience for all participants, we recommend retreat attendees have a strong level of physical fitness and endurance. While previous hiking experience is not required, the retreat focuses on strenuous trails and is well-suited for those seeking a physical challenge. We encourage you to reach out with any questions to discuss if this is the right retreat for you.

Accommodation

Our home for the week is an authentically restored farmhouse perched on a mountain pass with 360° views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding mountains and Andratx Valley. The Son Viguet villa sits on 10 acres of land offering a private and restorative space. The villa includes a pool and terrace overlooking one of the best views on the island and a stunning garden overflowing with bougainvilleas, lavender and almond groves. The villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths/2 half baths to be shared by guests.

Please note, especially to those with allergies or sensitivities, a sweet cat, Viggy, lives on the premises. She primarily stays outdoors but will be around the property during the retreat!
